The Roblox tag lead me where no Random ever could.
4 short stages mostly consisting of boring needle (except the last one has some unfunny traps and is boykisser themed, great) with nothing much of substance, the occasional retextured spike or default engine mechanic.
After that, you can enter a sideroom in the hub that suddenly just exists where you can play two extra needle screens which were slightly less boring than the main game, and then a static boss lacking any AI that has a fruit burst attack in the top left and boykisser blocks that it throws at you (unless you're too far away, in which case it misses every time, almost trivialising the fight).
A valuable lesson in every single aspect. Nothing in this game felt coherent, and I felt like I was just looking at a list of interests with some lame needle attached.

this game sort of functions as an intermediate pattern avoidance - there’s nothing too hard in terms of patterns in this entire thing, just about the hardest attack is the left/right cherry memory part. every attack works about as well as it can, with only a few exceptions (one of which being the left/right cherry part).
there’s also some odd extra stuff you can access but i don’t understand what the point of any of it is other than to just be there
recommended if you like simple-ish pattern avoidance

despite the name being something bad this game’s actually amazing. likely the easiest FTFAlike, but that doesn’t stop it from being super well-made and enjoyable. there are a few align tricks and some fairly tight jumps but nothing too crazy

i can see why people would enjoy stuff like this, as it’s quite reminiscent of CN3 and similar games. unfortunately I’m not huge on those kinds of games. there’s many parts of this game which I found fun, but also many parts I found annoying. the various invisible gimmicks, the moving platform screen near the end and the odd concentric cherry water circles to name the main culprits. these weren’t bad or difficult per se, they just weren’t quite what I enjoy in needle. other than that the game’s fine, the extra haystack screen with the funny moving cherry walls was very fun and interesting, as it was nothing like I’ve ever played. overall not my thing but I can see why people love this

fairly regular adventure game by Carnival, however often held back by some poor design choices.
there are some areas with confusing and weird design - mostly the castle and forest areas which seem filled with random traps or very specific pathing. the game is called heavenTRAP after all so I won’t knock it for sticking to it’s name and including traps. at least most of the traps themselves function well, but unfortunately they aren’t Carnival’s best. maybe at the time they were, but crimson’s traps are much better than the ones in this game. as for the bosses, they’re just kinda wack and don’t work sometimes. taiko boss sucked but devil kid and final boss were good.
