Fun gimmicky game, every stage has a different gimmick which gets explored throughout, such as triple jump, screen wrap, low gravity, and dotkid. All of it is pretty fun, there's some stages I like more than others for sure but it's quite a fun game overall. The difficulty curve is a little bumpy, I found some of the stages in the middle to be some of the hardest, and the low gravity stage has some annoying jumps. I think my favorite parts were honestly in the early game, but some of the end game stuff is really cool as well. If you enjoy simple gimmicks then you'll almost certainly have a good time.

First ever IWBTG fangame completed (ig is technically a fangame?) might do the original one someday. Is really good, almost all of the platforming sections are fun and the bosses are very good as well. My biggest complain is the exploration aspect of the game cause the game doesn't really give you hints on where to go, the biggest sin being the secret wall you can go through on the first screen, not sure if the game tells you somewhere about it but I had to check a video to figure it out. Still really solid and would recommend.

I had this game in my play-later list for so long, and finally completed this! i adore this game, the atmosphere is dark and meditative, the needle was very fun and creative, i loved the music choices and the art of course, the visuals are amazing. I was very immersed in the game until i got to the penultimate screen, the second save, FUCK that save, really, i was progressing very fast for my standars (im not that good at needles) and then got to this save and spend +1 hour and still cant beat that dogshit of a save, i was very frustrated, then i realised you can skip that shit and go straigh to the save which is above and completed the game right after that, that was my only gripe tbh. Ignoring that, this is one of my favorites fangames.

The platforming is super chill and honestly the game manages to have a strong sense of identity in the form of it's visuals and the way everything is arranged. The avoidance I have mixed thoughts about, I like a lot of things about it but a lot of attacks are pattern when they look like RNG, and I think this works against the avoidance, it would probably be more fun with some extra randomness to make the more empty attacks more interesting. It's not bad but I definitely think it has potential to be better, especially since there's really neat ideas like the minigames in the middle of the fight. Worth playing for sure.
