This is a very solid Needle game with a lot of variety and gimmicks that come and go at a quick pace. I liked a good majority of what was in it, which is nice considering there's quite a lot.
The game is formatted into a dozen or so small stages that are about 3 screens each, and each of those stages contains its own sense of identity and design that makes this one of the most diverse floor games out there. The gimmick usage in the stages that have them is pretty well-done, though I do think some of it was probably a bit too difficult for optimal experience (last stage being a decent example). The only segments that really gave me a groan was the Uhuhu Stage since it felt insanely difficult compared to everything else in the game, as well as the Ice Vine Stage since I still absolutely abhor that gimmick from jungleventure. Luckily these two parts are followed by one of the coolest usages of Dotkid I've seen, which is probably my favorite stage in the game. Another shoutout goes to the maze which was pretty cool, and the teleport stage for feeling incredibly fluid and intuitive.
Overall, if you like variety in your Needle game and want to mess with some gimmicks at a higher difficulty level than normal this is something I'd definitely recommend.
