This game was incredible.
It has 10 sections you can vibe to. 9 of them were incredible, rewarding experiences with really really interesting ideas/gimmicks for the player to learn. The other one was gibby's math question. Why on earth was that section necessary? Its kinda an either you have the tools to solve the problem (because you have taken higher level math classes which deal with problems of this nature), or you haven't. I haven't. Its completely out of place and arbitrarily gatekeeps people for literally no reason. Like it just comes off as kinda elitist lol.
Gibby is actually the worst for that. There are four gods in the game who you want to vibe with. You have Gibby (i hate him), Lil' Rowie (my bestie), Trifilliak (the funny one), and of course who could forget "Rogonskoblonk" (the quiet one, but he is always loyal to me and my friends).
The vibe session with them is amazing. Such an amazing fight.
Instead of reading this please play the game. Its really tough though so if you want to wait to play that is totally fine, but its really a one of a kind experience. I am so so so glad one of gibby's students lets you cheat off of them. I wasn't expecting math in this journey and forgot to study, but I am so so so glad that triangle was kind enough to give me the answers. Gibby is actually the WORST and almost killed the vibe :(

I have to admit that this game is somehow tedious despite its wise pathing. But considering the game was made in 60 hours, it managed to be relatively decent.

Figure-like which takes less inspiration from Figure and more inspiration from gimmick needle games, stuff like Morning Dew comes to mind. It forms it's own identity though not just because the deeply personal themes inherent to this style of game, but also because of the ways the gimmicks are used. The game has a good sense of humor in regards to gameplay from more direct stuff like the bench gimmick or some of the Rocket Kid stuff, as well as little things like the stage where the saves are completely useless. A lot of it can be interpreted to be part of the overall narrative of the game which is nice as well, I think you could get a lot of that out of this game. While it's not perfect I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in this game, I didn't find any of it to be annoying or frustrating and just had a consistently very good time, I don't even think any stage sticks out as my favorite because it's one of those games which I think is more than the sum of it's parts, all of the good things about it put together make for a really good thing. It won't be for everyone but for me at least, this game was great.

Really good gimmick needle game, if you've played other thank you games then you basically know what to expect. Most screens have a pretty heavy learning curve, but with enough time you get used to everything and it's manageable, basically how most needle like this goes. A lot of the ideas here are great, like gravity flipping vines, the shell screen, and the way they are implemented is super fun. Highly recommended!

This game has probably the best usage of speed-mechanics on Delicious Fruit. Very clever concepts executed in fun ways, including even making rhythm mini-games out of it. Definitely recommend if you want to try out a neat gimmick-centric game.
