For: I wanna be the Medical Needle ver2.0
Decent needle with a few especially hard saves and a ton of very easy saves sprinkled in. If you cannot cancel, then this game will not be for you, but if you don't mind using the FORBIDDEN TECHNIQUE, it's got quite a few enjoyable sections.
Would maybe recommend-ish.

The difficulty of this game is far more than 50.
Description of some reviews are out of accuracy obviously. From my perspective, difficulty might be around 78 or more.
Banlancing among Stage3 and Stage4 is fairly awful, which can be obsevered once you tried this game. Possibility could not be ruled out for the aurthor getting some 'cool' spikes when creating or editing the maps, game launched without testing.
Some of the other contents can be denounced as well. At the beginning of this game, everything is ok then. But shortcuts crowded into Stage2, allowing players to skip many saves. This problem appears on stage3, too.
Meanwhile, map designing turns to careless between stage3 and stage4. Blocks lining, regular needle setting, both of which bored me.
EX is extremely hard.

As kurath said, the game crashes when trying to start it, but it isn't really worth playing anyway. This game is short, average needle with a couple slightly harder screens.

Rating is based on medium difficulty because "zako mode" is essentially the "baby mode" since it doesn't let you access extra content. I'd assume medium is the intended difficulty.
Decently hard and very bad. The "K2 section" is somehow the worst part of the game in terms of required content with awful puzzles and unfun platforming. Don't play it.

Every stage is good, but PlasmaNapkin's stage is really hard, i.e. almost equivalent to all the previous stages excluding Pieceofcheese Stage adding together.
Pretty nice game, would recommend.
