was wondering why this reminded me of the rely the needle series a lot but lo and behold, its a collab with nineight, the person behind said series. probably why i like it so much (altho there are a few frustrating things in the game but the same applies to RTN)

this avoidance consists of some of the most awkward and unsatisfying attacks i have ever seen
first attack is too dense and boring
the most annoying is the second attack, because of the fucking bullets that fly from the ground at mach 5 and you are literally required to have good reaction speed to live when that happens
blocks (next attack) is also impessively terrible
next two attacks are really good but sadly not enough to make this avoidance worth playing
final is interesting but not my thing
overall it has interesting ideas but balancing is garbage

Pretty enjoyable L game with some neat jumps. I think it stands out a bit aesthetically since every save uses a different spike color, which is a cool detail. It's quite satisfying as well, feels nice to beat the individual saves. The biggest issue I had was the 2nd to last save hurting my hands because the start of it.
