Short adventure game with very nice production values and passable design. If you have an hour to spare, it's probably worth playing.
Unfortunately, the health system basically trivializes every obstacle and opponent in the game, so I didn't really get much out of it. The reload mechanic with the gun also sucks.
Also, every item other than the guns is basically just a key. I get that the game was made in a month, but this results in the progression being completely linear, with no sense of character growth over the course of the game, so I can't say it really succeeds as a Metroidvania.

Needle game with a sort of Catharsis-esque vibe to it. Pretty fun platforming and a consistent aesthetic throughout, but I wasn't a fan of the last two screens. Felt like they were just kind of tacked on and the game ended on a whimper instead of a bang.

Everyone has already said it, but for a flash game this is pretty good. It's a fangame themed on VVVVVV, consisting of 20 screens of increasing difficulty. Controls are about as good as the average fangame, though the kid seems to be a little faster. Not super hard besides one screen with a very precise leap. It's kinda simplistic, but it's fun. Would recommend if you have a few minutes to spare.

Doublespeed and dotkid gimmick is always fun in that I can pull off seemingly difficult jumps very easily.

Might have been decent a few years ago. Just a bland adventure game with a few shallow gimmicks thrown in. Also the fish boss is fucking stupid.

In beat the challenge 2 review, inferno said the purple platform stage was very good, so the basic game design came from that one.
Actual game is very heavily inspired from I wanna be the Defiant.
Song is C418 - Meatcraft.
Probably the first time I gave up on testing the game fully, because I made the needle pretty hard and I ran out of time for testing.
Also the hardest game in the series.

If you don't know how to get to the third save, make a new save and skip the second save, make sure to trigger the first one (the two spikes that go up) or else the last spike will stay intact. Everything past that is an absolute eyesore.
