A pretty chill couple hours worth of needle. Static difficulty, so there's no real spikes outside of the odd weird save. Some jump refreshers and vines sprinkled around. Good for derusting! Not really anything amazing or unique, but a poster child for a moderate needle game.

You might be wondering why I'm rating this game a 6 instead of something like an 8, well it's because of the frequency of annoying saves past floor 31.
Floor 31 starts off with the worst save in the game, requiring you to do a really precise and tedious drop through a nerfed tbone thing, then following it up with a bunch of platform and vine jumps you'll die to a lot.
One thing that really kills it is a lot of the time you'll be playing the game for a while having fun, then you just look at a jump, scratch your head and think "What is that thing!?" and proceed to hate the save your on because of that one jump.
A lot of the saves in this game are really good, which saves it from being like a 3, but some of them are pretty bad, worst part is the bad ones start coming at the end.
Can't really remember anything before floor 31 because it's been such a long time since I've played up to 31.
The reason why it's hard to rate this game so low is because the last stage is really good, if it were just the last 5 floors I'd rate this game an 8, but because of the frequent bad saves in floor 31-45 this game gets a 6.

Clean visuals, suitable music and attention to detail are clear in this production but those aren't even the most important things. Most of all this 50F needle game just plays well. It's got a fairly flat difficulty curve so if you can handle the start then you'll be able to enjoy it through.
The aspect that plays well though is it feels (and looks) like almost every jump was tweaked to fit. Slight off-grid adjustments make otherwise awkward or difficult looking jumps fair and fun, proving once again that the further you get from the 32px grid the better your needle will be.
Recommended to anyone looking for a moderate difficulty, decent length needle romp.
