lilly keeps rocking. A slight improvement over the adventure of Outbreak, this entry feels like a direct sequel, well the first stage, for a change, is not generic, but feels genuine and peaceful. Peaceful at least, until the traps hit you in the face.
There are some things that were improved and feel very conscious about the game.
1) The atmoshere: Through an effective combination of backgrounds and music, the film conveys many emotions, such as suspense and an adventurous spirit. Unfortunately, traps don't fit into the mix at all, but:
2) The traps: They are inventive, unpredictable, funny and are intentionally placed during the first half of the save. Unlike countless fangames, you can tell the strong intention of not making every save a chore. Magnificent chore.
3) The boss: Utterly fantastic, consisting of two phases: an avoidance and an actual battle. The feeling of epicness is there and the music choices, as it is always for lilly, are total bangers.
The gimmicks are forgettable and the chained rock cubes are kinda glitched (when falling, it depends on a coin flip whether if you can double-jump out of them or not, costing free deaths), stages are varied, but the game feels too short and there is only one boss.
I loved the epilogue, even though I thought the adventure would continue and was just, well, the ending.
I wanna play longer lilly trap adventure fangames.

Solid little 2.5 stage trapventure game.
Lots of lily's traditional moving block/flying spike traps that force you to think about what you're doing, and a nice simple gimmick for stage 2. It was pretty solid all around but not particularly memorable.
Highlight is without a doubt the final boss. One attack gets a bit questionable, but otherwise cool, very well produced, interesting interactions with some strategic options which I like to see.
Definitely worth playing if you like Lily's games and looking for more, if you're looking to try his games out though, I'd definitely still recommend outbreak over this.

Lilly proves himself as a great maker once again. The traps were creative, fun to figure out and sometimes really funny. Some of the traps are used to force certain interesting maneuvers, which I also quite liked(even though there was a particular screen where the traps felt a little bit too precise for my tastes). The boss was also quite good, with great production value and fun attacks, especially in the first phase. The second phase has a couple of questionable parts (namely the large ice shards and the mashing at the final phase) but it didn't really subtract all that much from the enjoyment for me.
Overall, highly recommended.

A very cool adventure game featuring needle, traps and a boss.
The trap part is fine, never been that big of a trap guy, but it was fun nonetheless.
The boss was really cool and has a lot of polish. The first phase has some potential rng issues early on. Though the music sync on some of the attacks made more than up for that. The second phase starts out strong, but gets a bit questionable at the end. The bullets get hard to see and there's a potential instagib. Still a really cool phase though.
Overall it's a great game, where the flaws could be fixed with some slight changes
