Game's readme says this:

This "I wanna" production is different to my other "I wanna" productions.

This is supposed to be a joke game, where you see quite a lot of screens of water inverts in a row. The joke is that the surface of spikes works as a block, so nothing can kill you.
Your goal is to hold right key for around 53 seconds. In a complete silence.
Then you get until the clear screen, where you for some reason immediately die, and you also hear Megaman's standard soundtrack. Ah, OK?
I mean, game is definitely Loooong. I got that.
But there is not much to do.
The only funny thing is that all difficulty settings are called as a 'Bifficult'. That is it.
Would not recommend.

Juego needle con 8 stages con un boss. Para acceder al stage final debes agarrar los 8 items para desbloquearlo. El extra es lo mismo, needle y a veces una trampa y un boss.
El juego tiene algunas cosas raras, como la mascara de la spike no mata al kid, el bug del hielo que te mata al borde.
Una cosa mala es que si te olvidas de un item tienes que volver a jugar el juego porque el juego no tiene una tecla para llevarte a cada stage.
No lo recomiento.

I find the cramped style of lasttis's stage does NOT lend well to the length of the saves in them. It's very awkward in a way I do not enjoy, and consistency I found was fleeting in an annoying manner. I also wish there was slightly more originality to the visuals, especially in parts where the stem of the fruit matter for the jump, because you can't see them when they're plastered on the black part of the background. I couldn't finish it, and generally I felt it had no cool jumps outside of one or two that I came across (the platform mash gravity flip bit at the end of a save early in the stage is hilarious and I appreciate it). Not for me, sorry.
I did enjoy fishuser's stage quite a bit, though I don't have much else to say on it. It was annoying dying on really easy things in it though; but it's all made up for the fact that sightreading saves in general is extremely fun. The last save is funny.
