A nice practice game to sharpen those needle jumping skills as well as give you a grasp of where you stand. I've completed 103/138 jumps at best. So those 35 jumps.....if I ever run into them in a game I'm screwed. lol. Alas practice, practice practice.

Very nice barrage. I find that there are some visuals that are a little distracting, but in general the visuals are awesome. Very good attacks, especially at the end.

Calling this an FTFA-like is maybe a little misleading, because fundamentally it plays quite a bit differently from that game, I think it's more accurate to say this game is somewhere between Lap Around and Lap Backwards, but even then it's a very unique game that manages to be some of the most enjoyable 32px needle I've played. There's a lot of really strange but cool and satisfying jumps strewn throughout the game, often requiring some weird jump heights or a kinda strange motion. It's difficult for sure but I found that everything in the game could be made consistent with enough time, which made clearing even the easier saves massively satisfying. There's a handful of jumps which are maybe a little annoying but for the most part I was having a blast the whole time. I think the game starts with it's weakest save, save 1 has a kinda annoying plane early on and the rest isn't that interesting, but after that I had a blast, with my favorite saves probably being save 8 which is a really sick one screen save, and the final save which had some really cool and fun jumps. It's also worth noting the difficulty balance is a bit strange, saves 1, 2, and 5 are a lot harder than most of the other saves in the game until the final one, so note that it's definitely gonna be a bumpy start. Once I got into it I just started liking it more and more, would definitely recommend giving this a shot.
