tl;dr
Noun is ok, ノコメック is cool-ish but lacking, and Ib is one of the most frustrating things I've ever played.
Noun:
This stage is standard needle, so there's nothing too exciting about it. Definitely the easiest of the 3 stages.
Ib:
This stage is a disgusting and frustrating mess. It starts out seeming decent with the visuals looking pleasant and the platforming being somewhat puzzle-y and trap-y. Then you reach golf which is by far the hardest thing in the game and painfully irritating in ways that cannot be properly described. Your angles are limited which takes away any sort of control, and every hole is needlessly precise in terms of strokes (for your sanity, I'd at least recommend switching to easy mode). It has traps, it feels inconsistent, and every screen will somehow feel more upsetting than the last. It's not fun, it's not well-made, and it nearly made me quit.
Then you've got Pikmin! You'd expect it to be a nice break after golf, but it does a good job of not explaining any mechanics or what controls need to be used while combining it without any proper tutorial. Just to explain the general way it works: red can go through fire, blue can go in water, and yellow gets thrown higher; and the controls are Z to pick up and throw, up arrow to make the Pikmin stand still, and X to call for Pikmin nearby to follow. The creator clearly knows how to make interesting design using the Pikmin mechanics as showcased in the final screen, but most of the saves before that are long, precise, or both. I didn't find it quite as frustrating as golf, but it was definitely pretty close.
The boss is actually pretty fun, though.
ノコメック:
This stage has cool ideas but low production value and pretty lackluster design. It has a Mario Party-like minigame in which you complete a needle jump against 3 AIs which determines the dice roll order. First and second place get 2 dice, third and fourth place get 1 die, and there are a couple bonus dice on the board. Not a ton else to say, but I enjoyed this section minus having to wait for every single Kid to slowly walk to their next spot. You may get frustrated trying to get in the warp at the end because I believe you need to roll a 6 on one of your dice which is obviously very RNG-dependent.
And to finish off the stage, there's a relatively learny and very back-heavy avoidance. It has cool ideas but just like the stage it's in suffers from low production value. Everything from the gray + blue cherry attack onward is potentially difficult with the Yukkuri face and the final attack being standouts. It is immensely annoying that the Boo kills you instantly if you are facing to the left at all which caused me to die immediately first time I reached the ending. The avoidance sure wasn't the worst thing in the game, and playing on easy mode gives 3 HP, but it was very much not a good time going for hitless.

Cute short adventure game with a nice coherent, simple theme that really gives it charm. The aesthetics are what make the game memorable, as the gameplay is solid but not really noteworthy.
There's a few short stages, each with a couple gimmicks to make them stand out, as well as minor visual touches. The platforming is engaging enough, and pretty accessible to all skill levels, though the balance feels a little all over the place and every now and then there's a segment that feels a bit out of place, typically with somewhat unnecessary feeling needle. Its not a major problem, but it would make me hesitate to recommend to a true beginner, but nothing even a newer player couldn't overcome.
The bosses are simplistic but engaging from a gameplay perspective, but match the aesthetic style really well. Outside of perhaps being consistently slow to start, they were enjoyable and interesting enough.
Overall, its a good short game and sets itself apart in the ocean of fangames to a degree, which is great. If you're looking for a fun shortish, easier game, definitely recommended.

The gimmick here is kind of cool but also dumb at the same time. I wish the echo spanned the entire screen instead of just a small portion, making blind jumps into spikes less of an issue.

Short little needleventure game that's mostly balanced and doesn't overstay its welcome. Some parts might be difficult for beginners, but I think players of all skill levels can appreciate it.

This game has a great variety of music. No stupid death sounds and a decent amount of stages / areas to play through which with different gimmicks that made the game enjoyable. With that said there were areas that felt a bit too repetitive. I looked at it as good practice. However I had to quit the game after going through the boss rush area because that needle was too difficult. After 600 deaths at the start of the stage I knew that was my limit but it was enjoyable up until than. I'd still recommend.
