Secrets are required to reach the end.
Sometimes, the start area can be deceiving, and the game underneath it is actually quite good. This is not one of those games, and yet there's definitively something interesting here. This is a collaboration between 3 makers, each making 1 stage with 6 distinct areas and a boss.
The variety in these areas is the highlight of this game. They're all quite short, with most of them being 1 save and the longest being a few screens, and most of them try their own things while still remaining mostly trap needle (the few that are more generic end up being just that). Nothing ever overstays its welcome and I had fun the whole way through.
The problem with this game is everything else. The bosses are mostly boring, with one of them being pretty unfair near the end and the final boss has 2 attacks yet takes 3 minutes to beat. The secrets required to get to the final area are mostly ok and you can easily backtrack to beaten areas from the hub (there's 2 per stage), but there's no indication of where they are so it can take an insane amount of trial and error until you find them. I had to give up and decompile to figure out one of them after an hour of searching. And the final area they unlock isn't anything great either: it's just trap needle, not really the good stuff I was here for.
That being said, I still enjoyed my initial playthrough up to the secret hunt way more than I expected, and I would recommend the 3 initial stages for that reason.

Ok. A derivation from Minimal, with unexploited variety, generic designs and a cute moody song. Barely anything is creative, but jumps are nerfed to help newcomers that want to know gravity and Water 3 gimmicks. I thought there would be an extra stage because of the coins, but nope. Clear screen feels nostalgic. Visuals are fine, but making games this short is a bit pointless to me. That's just me, however. At least it's playable due to the death sound.

I don't mind this type of fangames invading the wiki. They are very short, simple, 32px and calm. It's nice therapy after going through more difficult experiences. For beginners, it might pose a challenge; this does require knowledge/previous experience, but not too much. As a first needle fangame, it's somewhat safe to recommend it. Nice music, painfully short and very derivative from other projects of its sort.

Overall, probably the most consistently enjoyable long needle game I've ever played, and imo the best 100f needle. It's basically everything I'd want in regular needle of this magnitude. Best release of 2019 overall.
I just don't like the long final save trend.
Edit: After second playthrough, didn't mind 100 as much. Game really picks up at the 30s and has just a couple parts past that which weren't interesting.

There were a few stinkers inbetween like the save where you have to drop down into a plane followed by a squished diagonal which was very annoying and one point where the align provided isn't the right way to do a jump so you can only backtrack it's in save 3 after you do the 16px drop, make sure to not touch the walls between the next save but game was fun otherwise.

I just wanna remind you that all of this is just my opinion.
As 'groundbreaking' as they announced it in the trailers, this is actually not very well made.
It contains 2 stages and 1 boss. The boss is not that much of an issue to me. It's generic, but its pretty fine for the most parts. Can be unfair at a few spots though...
The first medley stage is the biggest issue of this demo. The entire first half is just not fun for me. The difficulty of the stage itself is also pretty high. ESP. the glorious-fragment avoidance. I could talk a hundred hours of how bad it is. The rest of stage 1 was mostly fine.
Stage 2 is overall fine, with just a few points i dislike. But there is also not very much to talk about.
So, in my opinion, the game is just okay. Definetely by far not as groundbreaking as the announced it...
