Pretty fun adventure game. Split into six worlds which you can do in any order followed by a final stage. The stages are pretty varied and all have pretty neat traps, except the first option which is some weird quiz thing (ANSWERS: centerx4, left). Each stage has a boss, and they're all acceptable quality, although Suwako and the waddle dee can be really annoying. Final stage is more of the same, but a bit harder, and with two fun bosses. I'd say give it a go.

As far as I know the last attack was impossible in the first version.
The update made another segment in the middle of the avoidance impossible.
EDIT: the game got updated again and now it is possible.

The followup to jungle adventure, the concept is very straightforward, keeping the theme going except with jump refreshers, and mostly excellently executed. Aesthetics are clean and interesting and the gameplay is great for the majority of it. The last area felt much grindier and much less interesting (stripping it down to one gimmick per screen again) than what came before it, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, hated the fact that the slowmo jump refreshers zoom in - think it would've been much better without the camera effect (or as an option, which btw the options menu is nearly unreadable - a minor detail that is a little unfortunate - if this an issue for you refer to jungle adventure or any other Yoyoyo engine game as the options menu is identical).
Overall, its still a great needle game with a good dose of creativity, worth playing for anyone looking for a little extra flavor with their needle.
