Hey everyone. The FGM 2016 Needle Maker event levels have been made into a full game!
Version 1.01 was released this morning, adding in a few new features, fixing a small bug, and tweaking a few sections of levels that may have caused more frustration than intended. A lot of work was put in by Patrickgh3 to get the transitions up and running, so I hope you all enjoy the game!
For those who missed the Fangame Marathon 2016 event: Gamemakers were given .jtool maps of three almost-empty rooms, containing a start point, an end portal, and blocks to break up the room. They were given 15 minutes per room to make needle levels, the first with around 40 difficulty, the second 50, third 60. The levels were made by Pieceofcheese87, KatzIWBTG, Patrickgh3, and Taprus_3rd, and you can really see how different their approaches are to each level.

Wasn't too hard at the beginning with zero corner jumps, then nearing the end at least two corners per save, and a downwards plane on the last screen
Physics were altered slightly, making his jumps slightly higher than normal. Gate jumps were harder to do
Collision for solids was terrible, died a few times on edges of a block with a spike adjacent to it
Also overused the 1 pixel above the floor spike placement trap
yeah i don't know why i typed all that, the game is bad

Incredible fun game. If you, like me, diskile traps/trolls the game gets better after the first episode. It is the kind of game that just gets better and better the further you get. The pokemon episode was so fucking good.

Sometimes what you see is what you get. And what you see here is a turd.
Very juvenile and 90% of the game is just walking along where the creator just did random(5) ground spikes repeatedly. Difficulty is basically just the one diamond and the extremely long jump mashing platform section at the end. It had the opportunity to at least do something creative with the poop joke but it didn't.

A really amazing adventure game with a lot of worlds.
The extra world was by fair my favorite however i really enjoyed all the worlds.
The bosses are also really fun and vary and typically use the items you have collected thus far to beat them in cool ways.
The items themselves are awesome and they feel really comfortably implemented into the normal kid controls.
After waiting since the original demo for the game, I am still impressed more than I expected by how this turned out.
