It's probably worth mentioning that this review is based on the Normal difficulty. There is an Easy difficulty which I believe removes some spikes or adds saves and makes the overall challenge somewhat easier.
A thoroughly enjoyable needle game. I really enjoyed going through this, and it gave me a pretty hefty challenge with some saves giving me quite a bit of trouble. What I liked is the variety of jumps on a whole, and particularly the use of vines and platforms. There were some really unique and clever saves which made it fun to figure out how to manage the mechanics properly.
Visually, I liked some stages more than others. The Jtool area for example was much less interesting to look at with the grey tileset and less-hype music, as opposed to the Purple area which had some pretty great music to back-up the more colourful graphics. This is just personal preference of course.
In terms of difficulty, the balance is pretty even. The game stays hard throughout, with the occasional save that's either much harder or pretty free. For the most part though the difficulty stays the same, which is nice.
Overall, I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a challenging needle game that they can sink some time into. It's a fun one and pretty satisfying in the long run!

I just updated this thanks to people in sunbla's chat being sure I knew most of what went wrong technically.
Update fixed the tileset, backgrounds, the sounds and music, as well as moved a single mini-spike 6 pixels up as per PlasmaNapkin's suggestion. There's also now a spike on the second screen placed that I had forgotten to place in the first version. Thanks for playing.(this game sucks imo.)
I won't be updating this further unless someone finds something gamebreaking like sound not working again.

A pretty well made adventure game. A lot of hilarious trolls, some pretty well-made gimmicks, and a decent length game. There's a few puzzles along the way, one in particular can be hard if you can't read Japanese.

I absolutely loved this game from start to finish. All of the platforming is super well thought out and really unique. The gimmicks are also fresh and fun while not being annoying. The music and visuals are top-notch, I wouldn't change anything about them.
My favourite part about this game though is its bosses. They're all really fun! There are 6 bosses in total counting the secret bosses (which I recommend you fight). Amazingly polished and well-designed with cool attacks and nice implementation of the co-op theme, since you can't deal as much damage if one player dies. It's also cool that you can watch the other player fight the boss even after you're dead.
The only Issues I had with this game is that sometimes there is lag between the two players and it can cause desync. Also, random bugs such as the other player being invisible, bosses repeating attacks, and dying on screen transitions. I usually fixed them by restarting the game though.
Seriously though, play this game.
