I won't defend this game as it is kind of a broken mess Reveal Spoilerespecially when reaching stage 3. But I felt as though I had to get it out there since I believe it still has a couple of cool ideas and because back then I had spent so much time on it. Wanted to see some people react to it as well.

Yeah, back when DTTS came out I had a weird fascination for it even though I never got any further than to the third screen. Though it is not true that I buffed the screen as the screen I implemented into the medley was from DTTS 1.0 and not any of the later versions which nerfed it substantially. I did nerf the original DTTS screen but only by a little.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I'm not saying that the screen isn't shitty.

A mostly boring adventure game that utilizes all the old gimmicks and visual concepts that you've probably seen many times before. Some of the boss RNG can be very frustrating as it has wall-potential every now and then.
Gladly the last stage has a neat little gimmick and the final boss is pretty okay too. Overall I wouldn't recommend this though.

Hot needle design with graphics inspired by Minimal and great bangers by our resident iTunesDJ. Frankly there is little in here for me to say no to. The kind-of-inconsistent-ish difficulty curve doesn't really bother me since I feel as though the game strives more to present you with interesting needle ideas rather than a big continuous challenge, and it definately succeeded in that regard. In fact I enjoyed my playthrough of it so much that I wish that it was just a little longer. But, perhaps that's a good thing - keeping it short and sweet rather than exhausting the player (though I doubt I would have gotten tired even if the game would have been twice as long).

It's like a really generic 32px needle version of go across the rainbow, just without gimmicks and shifting styles between colors. Also the water in the game has the glitch where if you 1frame in water you will full-jump instead. This makes some parts of the water stage even more annoying than it already is.
