Very short and fast-paced avoidance. Requires plenty of precision sometimes, but mostly it's all about finding the pattern. Not too hard overall.

Rating based on the lowest difficulty.
Slow-paced, beginner-friendly avoidance. Simplistic attacks, nice visuals, lovely music. Actually pretty lengthy, being about 5 minutes long. Higher difficulties increase the avoidance's difficulty, so if you want a bigger challenge, pick one of those. I can say for sure that the easy mode is a fun, beginner-friendly experience that I would definitely recommend.

Really fun avoidance. The intro and the little animation somewhere in the middle of the fight where you disappear for a few seconds are somewhat uncalled for, but the rest of the fight is pretty amazing. Plenty of attacks that stand out for being unique even among the "Eat the" series, many of which force you to move around quite a bit, nice balance between pattern and RNG (With one or two patterns that might be complicated to avoid if you don't know about them beforehand, but nothing too bad), nice visuals with plenty of cool visual effects and a nice music to go along with everything.
It's great overall. It has a few minor issues, but its positives heavily outweigh the few negatives. Would definitely recommend.

A short game with excellent music and fairly boring level design. Has a few tricky jumps, but nothing particularly difficult. The boss has an interesting reverse-shield, but otherwise there's nothing very unique about this game.

Short and fun needle game. None of the jumps are very hard and the difficulty stays pretty consistent throughout.

Avoidance I'm not fond of. The first minute or so of the avoidance is filled with unreadable pattern attacks (I.e., attacks that usually can't be avoided unless you know about them beforehand), and the rest of the fight alternates between more pattern attacks (Some of which are also not readable) and RNG attacks of inconsistent difficulty (Some of which are actually pretty difficult to avoid, which doesn't mix well with the beginner-friendly attacks that come right afterwards). The visuals are also uninteresting at best. It does have some interesting attacks (Not even that many), but nothing worth playing for.
It's pretty much the most poorly designed avoidance in the "Eat the" series. Wouldn't recommend.

A short game with platforming based around wall jumps. The level design is okay at times, but obnoxious at others. There is an unfairly difficult and un-fun save towards the end of the game (checked by decompiling) that I stopped at. Overall I like the idea and the feel of the game, it has it's own charm even though it's short, but it was missing the execution.

I am very much in Sword's boat right now, so if you don't want to read what could be considered a rant, go somewhere else.

Most of the games that the screens came from were actually decent choices. However, many of the screens were nerfed to the point where they were boring. I understand how the game is supposed to be beginner-friendly, but that does not justify removing almost every single trap in the games that they came from. Not all traps are bad, as I like to say.

The next area that I would like to point out is Stage 4, which practically the entire stage is a single, long tower segment. In all honesty, this destroys the point of a medley, where if you don't like the style of platforming, it will change in the next screen.

In addition, I found the music to be quite annoying, even before it looped once. It is generally repetitive and annoying, and at times, I felt compelled to mute it.

My last criticism is the final boss, Biff. Like the rest of the game the boss is easy, but my main complaint comes from the fact that after every phase, a random screen and gimmick and gimmick is chosen. The problem with this is that some combinations are obviously harder or easier than other such as the Celebrate 100 screen with no gimmicks compared to the Conquer 100 Trials screen with the speed gimmick.

The game does have a couple things going for it, such as the humor and the production values, but these did not change the experience I had with it. All in all, I felt as if the game was severely rushed, which is the exact opposite of what happened; the game took forever to come out. There is more that I could get into, but I think you can understand where I am coming from. If you don't agree with me, that's good. It means you have an opinion. Don't let me ruin your enjoyment of this game.

A good needle game that seems to be influenced by the I Wanna Uhuhu Spike series, and much like the I Wanna Uhuhu Spike series the level design in I Wanna Magical is pretty solid, too.

It even has the same drawbacks of the Uhuhu Spike games, like a distracting background and the occasional tricky jump that can slow down your momentum.

Still, if you enjoyed playing though the Uhuhu Spike games then you should definitely give this one a look.

Rating based on the standart setting (Needles: Normal, Saves: Normal) , since it's the way the game is supposed to be played.
So, here's a cool game. Aside from the sign that most can't read (Why do people even do this?), there's nothing to complain about. The amount of traps is fair and the level design itself is incredibly good (Surprisingly, I liked the backtracking. The level changes when you backtrack, you have to do something different everytime, mainly at the last part because of the shadow segments). You can make the game easier or harder anytime you want (As long as there is a save nearby) through the settings, enabling or disabling certain saves and removing or putting back certain spikes. The gimmicks are also awesome and well-used, and the difficulty is well-balanced (Again, I'm talking about the standart settings).
The 'mini-bosses' at the gray segment (Last part of the game) are fun, and although they can be overwhelming sometimes, they're still doable. The boss is also great, with 4 phases: The first 3 ones are avoidances, and in the last one you'll have to shoot him to the death. Most of the battle is simply about learning the pattern, but the last attack at the first phase is dangerous, because the snow waves spawn very fast and if you get bad RNG, you'll be killed without a chance to deffend yourself. I don't really bother about the trolls at every phase because they're natural of any pattern boss. Time Machine 2 does worse and nobody complains about it.
