For: I Wanna Conquer the Chaos Cave
Chaos Cave is a fun little game consisting of two segments, these being a spiky descent through a needle filled cave and a HP-based barrage avoidance, both utilizing a washed-out and easy-on-the-eyes colour scheme.

The needle is enjoyable, and each screen follows a certain theme often utilizing a specific spike formation. The jumps all feel well thought out and there's nothing too bumpy in difficulty. Save points are also generously placed so there's no long-save heartbreaks to be had. I do think sometimes the number of spikes can detract from the visuals as it makes a couple screens look quite cluttered, although the glowing visual effect does complement it nicely.

The avoidance is very nicely designed, with a lot of thought to the infinite jump arena you're given and the lenience of having 3 HP. The small visual touches make the fight look very polished and are just subtle enough to not be distracting. Attacks are also nicely synced up the song, which is worthy of a SourPls or two. My only real issue was the second-to-last attack where bullets spiral from out of the arena towards the middle, which just felt kinda chaotic and uncertain to read for me. There's a good chance I was doing a bad strat, so maybe others will have a better time.

If you hitless the avoidance, you unlock an extra piece of platforming which is a reworked version of the needle stage, featuring new music and more spikes. The screen layouts and paths are the same, but with some more difficulty packed in. Some jumps felt a bit overly cramped, but it was again, enjoyable.

Well worth a play. Even if you're opposed to one of the two things this game has to offer, the game presents you the option of starting with either the needle or the avoidance right from the get-go, so it's a nice way to let the player decide what they want to focus on.

For: I wanna find the Guy
In true Marimario style, Find the Guy is an anime-themed adventure game with a fairly heavy emphasis on triggers and traps, alongside some lovable rascals in the form of boss fights.

The game features many different stages, most of which carry a similar style of platforming. There are however a few exceptions which mix up the visual style quite drastically, referencing older games and utilising some nice little gimmicks here and there. Despite not being a giant fan of trap-heavy platforming, I had a good time with most of it. The bosses were also nice and different, with none of them reaching too far in difficulty.

I'd probably recommend looking up the solution to the first question of the quiz stage, as unless you're good enough at Japanese you'll have a hard time getting the answer (if you need the answer, it's お試し. It's only the first question that goes across languages though, and the rest are all fair enough to figure out with a bit of head scratching.

If you're looking a pleasant little adventure leaning on the trap side of things then you'll probably have some fun with this.

For: I wanna go to NI☆JI☆GE☆N
Based on getting to "Thank you for playing!" screen, which means that review has tutorial on secrets, like I did for I wanna be the リア充!3rd season The Final.

I wanna go to NI☆JI☆GE☆N is transitional path from Burning Emblum older style games to newer ones. Game reminds a lot of I wanna be the リア充!3rd season The Final, but is made better, so it may remind his newer games, even though it is clear that it is not his newer game, you can see that style of engine is like for his older games, restarting music and other stuff. Interesting is that there are unique things, which I haven't seen in any other of his games, which I have played. For example, this game has very unique death screen and menu is also quite unusual and reminds both of his older and newer style game menus. Also the structure of the game is like in I wanna be the リア充!3rd season The Final, where you have to get mandatory secrets to get to the credits.

Stages are pretty interesting and are very unusually designed using different sets of gimmicks and traps. Different sets of gravity, underwater world, slopes, Japanese jokes, meme "avoidance". Heavily seemed as some I wanna be the リア充!game, but easier, more fun and more original. Also I very liked soundtrack choice here. I also very liked simplistic final boss, which used different attacks from characters, whish you met in the whole game.

After you clear final boss, then similarly like in I wanna be the リア充!3rd season The Final, you have to collect 3 secret items, which are quite unobvious to find (I only find accidentally secret 3), unless you decompile where they are, but I will show where secrets are for those who struggle finding them.

1) In stage 2 after you trigger and dodge Japanese text, go where black arrow shows in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ox0155

2) In stage 5 go where black arrow shows in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ox01ht

3) In stage 6 after regaining normal gravity go down where black arrow shows in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ox01si

Also you cannot count this game cleared if you only got to credits, you have to get to "Thank you for playing!" screen, since there is one trap in credits to dodge .

This is the last Burning Emblum game, which I have cleared from found ones, since many games are lost and unfound, and all others I have already cleared. I am glad that I chose this game as the last one, since it is quite unusual and I actually had fun time, even though game is quite confusing, in my opinion. If you have free time to play, then try this game, it has unique content and you won't be bored here. It has its own problems and bad sides, but I don't think that it is an obstacle to enjoy it. Also game isn't too hard. Would recommend to anyone who want to play something unusual!

Edit: Nevermind, looks like I acquired 5 more of his games.

Not very good. Low effort medley that really tries to be funny but ends up being extremely annoying. Maybe I've been off the community for too long or I'm just missing something but I just don't get it. There's very few moments that I thought were actually funny and they are way outweighed by how annoying the actual gameplay is. There's waiting everywhere, rooms are confusing and most of the memes will be stale 2 months from now. Got to the guest stages, not gonna bother finishing it.

For: I wanna be the Easy needle
That was an easy Needle game.
the secret screen is less easy, with lots of named jumps! Rating excludes the secret.
Hint: The entrance for the hidden room is a water corner.

For: I wanna run the small world
Disappointment.

One of the older Burning Emblum games, which really heavily reminded of I wanna be a good player like liquid, but a lot easier, and this time made as short adventure game, but also, unexpectadly, is also worse than I wanna be a good player like liquid, which I totally didn't expect. Why worse? Because there is almost nothing to see here. You have to clear 3 paths to clear the game. Each path is designed as something unique, each has its own small gimmick, but everything is so short that you won't be able to play a lot of these gimmicks. Also why this game has only restarting guy rock? There are some funny traps, but that is it. There is even no boss this time. Easily forgettable, and probably the only unexpected thing, which is memorable is soundtrack on "Thank you for playing!" screen, which is "We Are The World", which isn't the thing, which you are expecting to see in old Japanese game. Still, it is not enough for me to say that this game is even better than I wanna be a good player like liquid. I am disappointed from high rating. Wouldn't recommend.

For: I wanna access your Heart
Interesting collab game from early fangame creators. Game looks like is maintained by Burning Emblum (炎の紋章), since many things reminds of his later creations and of his engine starting from game's icon and ending with "Thank you for playing!" screen. I will try to point out also about these creator's what I know to give full perspective of what this game is all about and who are these creator's.

Game is divided in 6 stages, each is made by particular creator. You can technically play whatever stage you wish and I can even get back to hub by pressing 'W', however each stage has its own number, which you have to find and collect to clear each stage. Order of creators is shown in the game: しぐるん, みくます, スラ, ヨーヨー, ゆう~ and ending with 炎の紋章 stage. Since every creator have made quite different stages, I will rate each stage individually and will give at the end the average rating.

The first stage is stage made by しぐるん, who is known under this nickname mainly of I Wanna Be the Qut. Author made Mario-like stage, which surprisingly went really well. I am not fan of such a design of areas, however this time I felt that everything was really fun. I liked how gimmicks worked and interesting puzzles, which seemed very unique and original. It may seem quite unobvious sometimes, however I don't think that it is something too hard to find out by yourself. Gameplay itself does not give something too hard, maybe sometimes have something more precise, however it does not feel unbalanced or anything like that. It is very interesting and I guess Mario game fans, will be thrilled for sure! One of the best stages in the whole game and also one of the hardest ones, even though not the hardest one, in my opinion.

Second stage is made by the most unknown creator for me - みくます. I cannot tell much about him, except that I guess he very like space theme, which is reason why he uses it in his fangames and also here. For me this was the hardest stage, because of one particular save, where bullets very quickly shoots at you and you have to do some precise timings and jumps, in my opinion. Other than that stage is mainly trap-based, but also has interesting gimmick of asteroids, which I found fun. Also visually stage is eye-pleasing. For some reason stage is not so annoying, even though some traps and precise timing may seem unpleasant. Stage also has relatively easy boss, which also uses asteroid gimmick. Not that it is something too special and original, but it wasn't like too horrible.

Difficulty: 34

Next stage is スラ stage. Creator is also quite unknown, and the only game I am quite familiar with is I wanna Connect, even though I haven't played it. But stage is actually is also one of the better stages. Stage is trap-based, however it uses very interesting gameplay and many traps are unusual. Visually it is quite hard to define this game, except that it uses for some reason some poult as guide of you, even though everything whathe says is in Japanese. But there is nothing too complicated to not understand without guide. Stage also has the boss, which is really well-designed, in my opinion. In this boss kid has 3 HP, but at the end I managed to not lose any of HP, but it is still nice feature. Boss is dynamic and has several attacks, which I had fun to dodge. The only complain is that it is quite hard to shoot the boss and you will miss several shots, but actually it is not a big problem, because difficulty is not too high on the boss. Overall, really fun stage.

Starting from next stage I was quite confused. Until this stage every stage has not-restarting music, but starting from this one, where creators are even more famous, we have 3 stages where is restarting music. I don't know what is the reason for such a weird decision and game design, but it is quite disappointing and can quite lower stage's ratings. Anyway, stage 4 is YoYo (ヨーヨー) stage. I really was looking for this stage, since I expected quality gameplay, since I know that he can make something really good if he tries, like he do in many of his games. I was also expecting some kind of avoidance, or something like that, like one from I wanna be the Salt, but sadly this stage disappointed me. It is very short and pretty easy for what it is. It involves screen of conveyor belets, screen where is vine gameplay and screen where is gameplay of breaking blocks, which breaks once you touch them. First 2 screens didn't show anything too special, the last seemed more or less original, even though it seemed quite broken, since you could only single jump? I don't know is it intentional or what, but it seemed wrong. Also m9 trap at the end... This is not the worst stage, because of last gimmick, but YoYo could make something better, in my opinion.

Next stage is another disappointment. It is made by ゆう~, who is known for making different genre games. The most famous is I can't speak Loanwords!. This time we have some specifically designed trap stage in the moonlight. It uses pretty good soundtrack, but sadly it restarts. Also there are Burning Emblum game saves for some reason. It has some interesting traps, but it is very short and there is amost nothing memorable or original there. The worst stage in the game, in my opinion.

Difficulty: ~25

The last is Burning Emblum's (炎の紋章) stage, and even though it has restarting music and is very short, it was my favorite stage. Stage is designed as joke and trap stage. Of course, every joke is in Japanese, sadly. But, the main stage is actually very fun. You will notice several unusual jokes, like Skype jokes, Taisa jokes and others . Kid has interesting moving trail effect, which fits really well to the visual design of the stage and the dynamic music. I wish it was longer and wouldn't have restarting music. Still, it was fun and, I guess, also memorable!

Rating: 7.6
Difficulty: ~25

After you clear all stages you have credits and "Thank you for playing!" screen.

Average rating from all stages is 6.5, but I can give +0.1 for good title screen and intro design and overall production value of this game.

Final rating: 6.6
Final difficulty: 34

Overall, I enjoyed this game. I liked most of the stages, however I wish YoYo's and ゆう~ stages wouldn't exist and were at least re-designed, but except that, this was still very decent collaboration! Would recommend if you have free 40 minutes or an hour to spare.
