A short needle game that has some surprisingly tricky jumps. It only has 5 stages and a boss fight, so it can be completed rather quickly, but for a beginner, it is a challenging yet still friendly introduction. The game avoids overusing annoying jumps and also has good save placement. It's a good idea to play this after you've played some very easy fangames to get into more needle-esque gameplay.

Excellent short needle game with an outstanding avoidance that is certainly not too hard and a good challenge for beginners.

This was a real mixed bag for me. At first glance, it's a nice adventure style game with 8 stages in a hub that ultimately lead to a final stage. The production is pretty good and each of the stage is based around some sort of gimmick, followed by a boss. There's some really nice stuff in here, but it's found in between a lot of bad design that keeps popping up on regular intervals. One stage gimmick is terrible as it basically revolves around you have to hold down the "X" button to see the platforming properly. The bosses are all over the place ranging from face-roll easy to RNG stupid.
Then the final stage comes and the difficulty just shoots up through the roof. It's not even close to the same game before, and some of the gimmicks were so terribly conceived and used so poorly that on 2 occasions I had to force myself to use either Auto-fire or save-hacking to tolerate going any further. Save balance becomes a complete disaster and while there is some great stuff in here, you have to eat a lot of shit to enjoy these nuggets of good design.
