I've always divided my enjoyment of fangames along two axes: "production value" and gameplay, and the more a fangame excels along one axe, the more it can get away with in the other axe. Now, don't take that to mean that Ocean Princess is all production value and meh corridor needle; let's elaborate.
On one hand, the amount of effort put into all the small details is insane; details like the pause menu, the "overworld", the variety of player skins, the soundtrack, the story. On the other, while a good chunk of the game *is* corridor needle, there's a huge variety of gimmicks and other variations to mix things up: a speedrun segment, minigames and trials, shoot-em-ups, chase segments. On top of that there's optional stars to collect, a couple of which I skipped because they didn't feel worth my time, but I still got about 80% of them. The only stage I actively disliked was stage 10, which has very long needle saves, but all the other stages range from good to excellent, with my favorites being stage 4, stage 9 and the last two stages
The highlight of Ocean Princess, however, are the bosses and avoidances, which I won't spoil here but are some of the most creative I've seen in a fangame, particularly Nova, Medusa, The Darkness, Kraken and the final boss rush + avoidance/boss
Overall a very long adventure but not so difficult that it becomes frustrating, with great bosses and creative gimmicks and gameplay through most of it. Definitely a fangame classic that I'd recommend to any fangame player that's experienced enough to not get too frustrated with the needle segments.

a game consisting of two areas, one of which is just an avoidance and one of which has some bad needle and an even worse avoidance. I don't think this is a very fun game whatsoever, in fact I think it's a massive time waster to clear. the left warp is fine, it's just a bit boring and takes some getting used to but isn't anything super difficult. right warp is extremely boring though. it begins with 15 seconds of pure, uninterrupted waiting which I greatly enjoy. then a bunch of random attacks with strange sync and weird RNG happen which you may or may not survive. eventually you might clear it, or you might not. the engine is also notably bad, the game randomly stutters and it's entirely uncontrollable. this is made a lot more fun in the right warp needle area last save, where it's a single-save screen with a bunch of triggers. couple this with game lag and not trivial needle and you've got yourself a disaster!

Interesting barrage avoidance made by Bloomy in 2021 (to be precise: 2021/05/21). It also happens to be last avoidance which Bloomy ever made.
Rating is based on easy version ; difficulty on hard version though. Easy version difficulty I would rate as 28.
This game was dedicated to CLUBSTER, before drama happened, but the release was years after, so this is why you can notice some negativity addressed to him ('lier'). Hard version did not exist in early builds, so that is 2023 exclusive.
I have cleared both difficulties in public release and also BELKA EDITION-1, which was released in one of servers in around 2022.
It seems that Easy version is intended difficulty, and it is the only one I would recommend.
It is not very difficult, in fact, I enjoyed playing it several times. Pattern might seem weird, but it looks like it has smaller hitbox, I guess, so it is easier to deal with.
Also I am not sure how fair or unfair finale is. It is a bit all over the place.
Final effect is cute.
Hard version buffs everything quite a lot, and I cannot say that it is for the better. Some attacks got really complicated and unfun, especially finale where you just have to pray that you will squeeze through gaps luckily enough.
I am not sure if BELKA EDITION-1 is just Easy version or not, since at first it seemed harder, but after re-playing it seemed very similar (although the beginning's density seems different). The final text is not 'GG' though.

generic trials game with not a lot of unique ideas. there are some saves which are directly stolen from other games without any significant modifications made to them. this isn't to say it isn't fun - it's always fun running through a bunch of random jumps you've done before. this one is actually somewhat unique compared to its peers. the game has a unique look to it that doesn't get in the way all too often. not much tech knowledge is required and the hardest jump is a double invert

a surprisingly fun game with a decent amount of content. not a lot is explained but it works fairly well as an adventure game. the game has lots of traps, most of which are instagibs. they're just charming enough not to intrude on the overall gameplay itself. something about the ancient feel of this game is very unique and evokes an emotion unlike any other game. it's strange in its own way which I (and others) seem to quite like. it feels like it shouldn't be fun, but it is. visually not very nice, but also not the worst thing in the world. there are games with uglier, more confusing and overall worse visuals than this one. I'm not sure if I'd recommend this game, though. I doubt people would enjoy it
