Relatively short fangame consisting of three stages. It begins as a trap game and slowly turns into needle. The traps aren't very imaginative, but there aren't that many of them, so they're bearable. The needle is a mix between generic jumps and some more interesting stuff, including a couple oddly shaped obstacles. Visuals are nice, same goes for the musics.
As a whole, this isn't a particularly outstanding fangame, but it's alright. Would only recommend if you don't have anything else to play.

Now this game is truely a beginner friendly game for those who want to work on avoidance in easy mode. Even if your bad at avoidance games you can get through this easy. However you will die in easy mode if you reach 64 deaths. Hopefully no one reaches that because it's sooooooo easy to get thru.

Really cool adventure game on the long needleventure side, like Ocean Princess, featuring tons of production value. All of the stages and bosses look apart from each other, have different gimmicks and are memorable in some way. Music is really cool too, being mostly FF and Mario Galaxy tracks. It has secrets, but these are optional and after you find one you can return to its location via portal room.
I haven't cleared the game yet, but this is the experience I got from the first 5 chapters. Well, I don't think that the quality will drastically fall in the end of the game though
edit 05.12.2020: So I've finally finished the game and, as I expected, its quality didn't hickup at the very end! Such variety, such creativity, wow, this adventure is brilliant.

I really liked this game. This and the original Z2 are night and day in comparison, though I tried to go in this game as a normal game instead of a remake, just so I wouldn't call something good just because it's better than the original.
I played the first 3 stages on v1.0, the rest of the game I played on v1.1
The needle in the game was pretty fun, while a bit unimaginitive in a few places, it was still very enjoyable.
Stages 1-4:
All of it was fun with the exception of a few saves there and there, it's really nothing special, but it's fun so I don't really care.
Stage 5 Guest Areas:
L-Kid and PD Suisi were weird but cool and enjoyable.
BJ-Eareaf was 50% fun stuff and 50% stupid stuff, there are 2 saves where it's just doing a bunch of easy jumps and then just dying to a suddenly really hard one alot of times until you finally do it.
Just area was nothing special yet again, but fun.
Final Stage:
Absolutely amazing platforming, the gimmick is awesome, the use of it is awesome, the needle is awesome, and it's just overall great.
Now for the bosses in this game.
Boss 1:
Kinda boring boss, I didn't have that much fun with it, but it doesn't have anything bullshit in my opinion.
Boss 2:
Pretty fun and intense, the easy needle at the end of the boss is the most monkaS shit in this game.
Boss 3:
Now, I did say that I would go into the game without comparing it to the original, but holy fucking shit this is so much better. The boss is pretty much completely overhauled.
Anyway, it's exciting, fun, and overall just good.
Boss Rush:
Gumi - Long boss, it's kinda boring but it has some intense attacks there and there, overall I like it.
Dotkid Miku - Another long boss but it's not boring, though I do think it's way easier than the rest of the bosses in boss rush.
The Note - Short boss with heavy rng, really fun to play, though the pre-final can be quite hard to read sometimes.
King Slime - Fun barrage boss with attacks that are interesting to read.
Boss 4 (v1.1):
Completely original boss, it takes inspiration from Z3, making an avoidance based on the previous game's bosses.
The boss has a nice balance between interesting attacks and simple attacks, which I like alot. It's quite intense and is fun.
Boss 5-1 (HAEGOE Area):
Super intense barrage boss, though some attacks are questionable, like the first spiral attack, and the SHOOT attack, but overall it's quite a fun boss to play.
Boss 5-2 (Jebal Area):
Kinda boring boss, not that fun to play but I had some fun with it.
Boss 5-3 (Hasi Area):
By far worst boss in the game, super fucking boring, and on top of that some attacks can give you insanely garbage situations.
Boss 5-4 (Just Area):
Fun barrage boss with a pattern at the end, which isn't that bad but it sucks that it's at the very end.
Attacks are interesting.
Boss 5-? (PDPlayer Area):
Fun little barrage boss where you're trapped in the middle of the screen, nothing special but it's quite fun.
Final Boss:
Phase 1 - Fucking incredible, super fun and interesting attacks, intense all the way through, perfect for the final boss. Only attack I had a problem with the attack before the boss loops, it felt kinda bland, and sometimes dodging the aimed line can be really hard.
Phase 2 - Very intense final phase, good variety of attacks, and an ass-clenching final attack. Super fun all the way through.
Overall, I find it a really fun game, would I recommend it? I don't know.

Pretty fun adventure game consisting of four stages of platforming (Plus one intro screen), with one boss following each. The platforming follows a needle-esque style with occasional extra mechanics. It's really fun, and while it's not exactly easy, it definitely isn't as much of a challenge as the bosses. I was going to describe each stage in detail, but I don't really have a lot to say about most of them. Their only downside is that they are absurdly short. The green portal is the one I wanted to talk about, since it's more of a mixed bag. It features ugly design choices, including a few saves whose hardest jump is the last, as well as zero sense of difficulty balance, but it has its share of fun (Or at least alright) sections and the backtracking feels right (i.e. the stage doesn't feel repetitive at all). I said that the stages are short, but this is an exception. It's decently long.
The bosses are the highlight of the game. I mean, except for the infinite jump boss, which looks pretty but feels pretty repetitive, lacks actual challenge and ends with an excruciating test of patience. As a whole, the other bosses are very enjoyable, and challenging while still remaining fair (In fact, I'm amazed at how seldom Remilia walls you despite the shower of projectiles she throws in the first phase). Most of them save you within the boss room and keep the music looping even when you die (Which makes the fights much easier to focus at), and checkpoints are given where checkpoints are most appreciated. Speaking more individually, Remilia is by far the best boss in the game. The amount of variety distributed between her three phases is amazing. The Spike is also pretty good, with a handful of creative and very tricky attacks. It might be a little difficult to learn, though. Taisa is surprisingly simplistic in comparison, but that doesn't make it bad. It's a challenging boss and a fitting conclusion to the game.
I also like the atmosphere this game has. The platforming feels dark and eerie, yet very peaceful, while the bosses feel violent and frenetic, while still retaining the eerie tone. Both of them bring about a state of mind adequate to the section you're playing.
I really enjoyed this game. Its platforming is heavily overshadowed by its bosses, which feels weird for an adventure game, but it's a great time if you ignore that. Would definitely recommend.

I think there's a lot to like about this game. It's not the most visually polished thing ever in some areas but it has some great ideas. I really like it when games have small bits of dialogue and characters that talk to you, it makes it feel a bit more like an adventure. There are a few rough parts, such as boss attacks that are very hard to dodge or just feel unfair, a few avoidance bosses shoved in that are kind of tedious, and some of the platforming feels like it needs more to it than just needle stuff. (Especially near the beginning of the game.) Anyway, it's clear that a lot of effort was spent making this game and I think it has quite a bit of value despite some issues. I would recommend people give this a go.
