Rating based on campaign mode 100%

At the moment, the campaign mode is the best fangame I have ever played (might be dethroned by something like The Farewell Medley but I haven't played it yet). It's actually 10+/10 level design. I had a blast looking for the gems and beating the extra levels too. It has so many ideas, and it's just perfect. Go play it now.

For: I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 2 Remake
Perfect remake for a classic game. This took a long time to clear, but it was worth it, and I still keep coming back and replaying the bosses. Overall this is a better Kamilia 2. It uses an updated engine and fixes a couple align issues, as well as adds extra content and achievements that I haven't really taken a look at yet though.

Stage 1:

Really good introduction to the game. It has solid screens, and gets you well prepared for what's to come.

Boss 1 (Sticky Keys):

Great first boss, that's not too long, and introduces you very well to avoidance. Every attack is very well designed, and it's just fun to play.

Stage 2:

A decent stage that has some cool gimmicks, but also many screens that are a little bland and annoying. It's a bit of a mixed bag. I guess it's good to have at least one less good stage before getting to the later stages though.

Boss 2 (The Guy):

This boss is definitely a step up from Sticky Keys. This time you have to shoot the boss, and the attacks are harder to dodge. This is a roadblock for some less experienced players. Especially the Flandre Scarlet attack gives a lot of trouble to many players. It's pretty fun, but it has some jank.

Stage 3:

Really fun stage with many gimmicks and much variety. The gimmicks were very well executed too. It has a few bad screens, but overall this is one of the best stages in the game.

Boss 3 (Influka):

Really fun boss that's simply a banger from start to finish. It has a bit too much mashing, and the attacks where you have to shoot the boss are a bit janky. The avoidance phases in between are really good though, and they flow incredibly well. One of the best bosses in the game.

Stage 4:

Worst stage in the game. There aren't many interesting screens, and it's just boring. It's not terrible though. It is playable, but it's definitely the most forgettable part of the game.

Boss 4 (Geezer):

I don't care how commonly hated this boss is. This is the best boss in the game. The first phase is easy, but entertaning and fun. It's one of the coolest and most unique gimmicks I have seen in a boss. The vocaloid phase is hard at first, but when it gets consistent, it's really satisfying and flows really well. The final phase is the highlight of the boss though. It's really epic and hectic. Incredible ending to an incredible boss.

Stage 5:

Many people say that this game has two parts: the first four stages, and everything after that. This is where the game really begins. If you had trouble before this point, you are gonna have a bad time with stage 5. It's really brutal, and every screen is really hard. It's much harder than anything before. It's a fun challenge though, and beating it feels rewarding.

Boss 5 (Solgryn):

Phase 1:

A pretty fun pattern avoidance. It has quite a lot of learning, but it's fun to play. However, this avoidance really suffers from the Mario jump, which is a HUGE chokepoint. It's a shame, since this would be a great boss otherwise.

Phase 2:

Probably the most hated part of the game. I found it quite fun though. The first subphase is quite long and boring, but the vocaloid subphase is really fun. It takes long to get consistent, but it's satisfying to finally beat.

Stage 6:

This stage is hard, but after stage 5, you will feel mentally prepared, and in my opinion this is the best stage in the game. Every screen is really iconic and memorable, and especially the first half is very fun to play. I can't think of anything negative to say about this stage. Absolute banger stage.

Boss Rush:

I think this is the first time a fangame has had this concept. I'm really glad this exists. It's my favorite part of the game. Every single boss in the boss rush has become so iconic.

Destination:

Hardest boss in the boss rush, but also my favorite one. The destination gimmick is so iconic for a good reason. It's a really epic and well designed boss.

Crimson:

Easiest boss in the boss rush. I like how you can think of many strategies on this boss. It's not too hard if you have patience.

Nue Houjuu:

Worst boss in the boss rush, as well as the entire game. It's really annoying to both infinite jump and mash shoot all the time. The pattern phase is the absolute worst though. Not a fun boss.

Gravity Man:

Not as bad as people make it out to be, but it's not really good either. Everything before the last phase is just patterns. It's fun to play, but not very hard once you learn it. The last phase is just a luck grind. Ok boss.

Boss 6 (Big Kid):

Boss:

Basically a downgraded Crimson. It's not very interesting, and it's quite boring, but it's an alright boss. It's easier than anything in the bossrush though, so it won't take very long.

Chase:

Hardest part of the game. It's a very long needle save that takes really long to beat. It's a bit frustrating but also decent. It's rewarding though.

M-Stage:

Hardest stage in the game, but not too bad after Big Kid Chase. It's mostly really fun, but save 9 is very stupid and annoying.

Final Boss (Kamilia):

Phase 1:

This is the hardest boss in the game, and both phases are harder than any other boss in the game. The first phase is really interesting and a great conclusion to the game. Unfortunately a lot of the attacks are quite luck based, but it's still fun.

Phase 2:

All of the subphases require mashing, which really sucks. This phase is a wristkiller, and it's actually really bad design. That being said, if the mashing isn't a problem for you, this phase is amazing. Every subphase is just really fun to play. Especially the countdown phase is very well improved from the original. Really good boss to end this incredible game.

Really long adventure game with a lot of content. It's really strange and messy, and it often feels like it makes no sense. Gameplay wise the platforming is mostly pretty fun, and it executes the gimmicks really well. However the bosses are pretty bad, and there are two bosses that were really terrible. It's a shame since one of them is a secret boss, but the secrets are required to beat the game. I am very thankful that it doesn't force you to look for the secret entrances afterwards, but instead you get a portal directly to the secrets before the final boss. This game also has a story, but it's really messy and hard to follow, and it doesn't feel like it makes much sense

For: Not Another Needle Game
The difficulty is based on all the achievements.
I will be another fan, not another needle game)). I will not say anything new considering the number of comments, I will just name the things that I am impressed with.Firstly, this is the only game after Vandal that gives me a feeling of the monumentality of the project. It was noted that a huge amount of content here is gray and not interesting in the first half.A huge amount of content, and a different approach to passing due to the presence of achievements, acquires a different side as soon as you go through these stages of achievement. It's just an ingenious approach to finding endings, which is really comparable not just to a secret, but to the search for another world where you feel every step and build up some kind of tension to find it. This transition is ideally spelled out by unscrewing the elevator, its fall (I think everyone in childhood thought, and if the elevator falls and I jump, will I die or be saved)turning upside down, darkness with different inscriptions, everything perfectly conveys this transition so much that it is pure art. More brilliant.
The most ingenious stage with teleportation, every screen in this stage is perfect.Perhaps this is the best thing that has ever been invented and implemented.
The approach to the secrets themselves, which give different endings with the opening of the door, is again an ingeniously created artistic image.
And the cherry on the cake in this madness is that the whole game of the game works from top to bottom, on the contrary, being inverted, it was an absolute shock to me.Here I applaud, it was an even bigger discovery for me than the maze in qoqoqo 300. In general, this is a brilliant game that cannot be considered from the point of view of just a needle, here it will not be among the best, but the ideas, the embodiment, it's just a whole creation at its best

Amazing adventure game. It has many interesting gimmicks, and it gets better the further you get. The last avoidance is definitely the highlight of the game. This game is overall really fun, and I would recommend it.
