Decent platforming, some ok gimmicks. Wasn't a big fan of the 2 bosses.

Rating updated for November 2023: Was 70, now it is 80.
The world of fangames opened to the whole world to know, with the engine we dominate and grew up with and a new system of level creation that makes you forget easily about the past. With great new gimmicks, this massive experience borrows the idea from the Mario franchise, but becomes an ecosystem of its own, a massive universe of possibilities to be explored, practiced and discovered. This game is entirely dependent on the continuous, non-stop and incredible creativity/cruelty/findings/charm of the makers, so my rating should be volatile, but fixed around 7.9. Customization is great and the most popular levels (and some unknown ones) have shown some jaw-dropping ideas. I have even encountered artistically admirable levels!
This is not a revolution in the gaming industry, but it is in the fangaming community, and I will always recognize that, no matter how long or short the hype lasts for this one, as fangames keep being created independently. However, we can always come back to this and have a theoretically infinite experience and material to stream for months.
For the rookies like us, we will always find a challenge up to our difficulty standards.

From the maker of 8possible, I honestly expected something I truly hate. I avoided this game for a while but since it's in the FSR challenge, I thought it would be a good opportunity to try it.
Then what do we have? Well, a weird game for sure. It has a very unique style either in visuals and level design. The first thing you will notice in the game is the very cool animations and sprites for the enemies.
Do I like this game? At first glance, I thought no because the first area is borring and same for the left areas of the first hub. I was starting to lose hope but finally come across good shit, the right areas being incredibly fun. For the bosses, they are as good as theeir respective area so the left bosses were borring, and the right ones were cool. After the first hub and another area, you get into a second hub with 3 areas this time. The diamand area is one of the best thing I have played in any fangame, the concept is cool and visuals are neat. The bottom area is also quite enjoyable. The fire area is more decent than good, but I have to mention that it has one of the most hilarous trap among all the fangames I have played. The bosses were a bit worse this time, with the diamand boss being the only good one, the fire one being very messy and the b/w one uninteresting. After that, there is an area that kinda use every gimmick introduced before and then come the final boss. He's quite epic, a bit learny (expect to die to many attacks at least once) but once you know everything about it, it becomes not that hard and very satisfying to beat.
In overall, I found myself very surprised to enjoy this game that much. It has a lot of unique ideas, and even if they are very hit or miss you will surely find something you like in.

The game was a combination of fun and frustrating. I liked how each stage had their own style and the bosses were entertaining to fight. Definetly a visually challenging game that can rack your nerves alittle. lol. But a fun game all around.
