Charming game with comforting artwork and music, but it felt kind of slow-paced and boring. I do commend it for its okay production value.

Definitely one of the harder needle games I have played, maybe being harder than Needle Satan. Its design is pretty damn neat. Anyways, to the review.
Stage 1 is some pretty fixated platforming which has an overall nice balance of difficulty. None of the saves are that much harder to do than any other. It's also reasonably fun and looks very clean. Stage 2 is kind of an upgrade to the difficulty, but it's about as possible for someone who has the skill level to beat the first one. Not to mention that the graphics and music are also very comforting. Stage 3 boosts the difficulty quite a bit, now involving saves made of legitimate hard jumps. There's also a water save which can get you stuck for a while. The graphics are less interesting, and the needle design definitely becomes more compact.
Finally, the fourth stage is easily the hardest. It's got saves with minimal gimmicks, but the jumps involved are precise enough to make the saves just that much harder. There's lots of places to choke, but if you can pull it off, it's very fun. The last save is my only quarrel, but who knows, it might have been in an earlier version. The last save isn't all that well designed. Other than that, Ariotrap 2 is a fun game to play. I would recommend it to players who think they are capable of taking on hard needle games.

Insane hard avoidance, and I still haven't cleared its first few attacks yet. Its RNG is the prime factor of the difficulty, and is sometimes wally but always straight up *hard*. I would recommend this to people who are exceptional at avoidances. Difficulty is an estimate based on what I've seen and played of it.

To be honest, I'm not sure what the creator had in mind while making this because I can't read Japanese. I'll get to the review, though.
It's basically a knockoff of RMJ. I'm not sure how the hell I'm supposed to control it. It saves maps as...bitmap images. I can't figure out what button allows you to set a player start. It doesn't have proper grid-setting. The buttons are messed up. I'm...not entirely sure why this exists.

A medley which is designed a whole lot like K3, with the main difference being that it's an actual challenge from the getgo. The platforming is for the most part pure needle, but there are a couple gimmicks and traps mixed in from here to there. The bosses are mainly duplicates of a boss from a different game, but with a segment from an avoidance mixed in towards the end. The bosses are really hard if you don't have good strategies, so I'd suggest you look into that if you want to play against them. Reaching the secrets and beating them is another very difficult challenge, as the backtracking and the actual secrets are almost never easy. I'd say that for the most part, they're a big contributor to my difficulty rating. The hidden bosses are also accessible from the beginning, so if you find them, you can fight them. I have not thoroughly investigated the hidden bosses, but they seem to be whole avoidances which are changed for at least some sense of difficulty balance. The bossrush is also very hard, taking the more challenging avoidances. A plethora of changes are made to the bosses, but most of them aren't that serious. After you beat the bossrush, there should be an area with the guest stages from the different volunteers of the game. They all are either avoidance/needle, and look to be especially difficult. I haven't seen them all, so I can't really judge, but some of them look very well done (I'm looking at you, Sasanoke). I have no idea what comes after the guest stages, so that's all my review will entail for now.
