A really great trap and needle combo, with a boss at the end of 8 stages. The difficulty of needle combined with this style of trap really hits the right spot for me. The traps will get you once, but after that they can be dodged without a lot of frustration, and they become seamless with the needle itself. The saves and the stages are balanced really well; almost nothing felt out of place, and there's so much creative stuff here that I hardly felt frustrated once during the entire game. The level of challenge here isn't trivial though, and the saves for the most point each feel like a satisfying accomplishment.

The boss is also impressively fun and challenging. It's a mix of player targeting and reacting to rng, and it all feels very reasonable. It's a longer boss divided into several phases. Each phase differentiates itself from the last, and even once you've reached the last phase, the rest doesn't become boring.

The production here is nothing that's going to blow your pants off, but the visuals and music in the platforming and boss are all pretty pleasing, with a nice variety.

I can't recommend this game enough. I'm not a huge fan of trap games, but this one drew me in and didn't let go, which I think says a lot.

tl;dr: 3 needle areas w/secrets, boss, and extra. Highly recommended.

The main game, which I played on 'New' mode is a needle game in 3 areas, with a 'secret' in each, a boss, and then an extra reward for getting the secrets. The needle is well designed and has some decent variety and originality to it, with some water sections sprinkled throughout. The secrets are very nice additions that are a good challenge and 2 of them throw a little light puzzle element into the game. The boss is clean and simple. The extra is another good challenge and is also designed cleverly. I really enjoyed it throughout, and I highly recommend this.

I should mention, as a side note only, that there are 2 other modes. 'Old' mode, which is more like the original version of the game, and 'Para' mode, which is... a 'special', 'extra' mode. Every single jump is a corner or a series of corners, and it is quite difficult, obviously a joke, but definitely made to be beaten. I found it to be pretty reasonable and I enjoyed this as well. It was definitely not garbage (I appreciate that effort), but some will call it that. A well executed and actually playable joke stage is all this is.

A few screens with short saves of pretty precise needle. It's not quite L-needle in my opinion. Some of the jumps are pretty out of the ordinary, and some of them are pretty generic, but I had a good bit of fun with most of the saves. It looks nice, sounds nice, and plays nice so if you're into this type of thing I definitely recommend it.

I enjoy this game quite a lot. The gimmick and the challenge is the RNG present in all the platforming. It is a shorter game, with less than 10 screens, but you will spend some time grinding for some workable RNG. Sometimes the spikes will jitter rapidly in unpredictable directions, sometimes they will fall from the sky at varying speed. It is absurd at times, but never unreasonable, and there are tricks to mitigate the bullshit potential of the RNG. I don't quite understand the all negative reviews for this game, because the RNG seems comparable to what you would encounter in a boss. I think the random element of the platforming is really fun, and implemented in a decent way.

A nice needle game that's a good challenge for players of a middle skill level. The green theme is pretty great, and the single song in the game is upbeat and nice listening when grinding out some of the harder saves.
The game is not very long, less than 10 screens. Each screen consists of 3 or 4 saves, and most saves have 1 or 2 jumps that end up being the sticking point. The platforming design is pretty basic, but well-done. It makes good use of spikes, and pretty much spikes alone; very few of the jumps involve challenging block placements, and most of the saves take place in straight corridors with strictly spikes inside, which was a format I didn't mind at all.
This one was pretty fun all the way through. I think this game is a great choice for people who have good experience with easier fangames, and are looking to get into more challenging needle for the first time.
