Rating based on bad end since that's what I played, difficulty based on true end.
A solid game with nice variety to the platforming, high production values, and intelligent level design. There's few things wrong with this game, but the most objective and serious one is touch saves. They're pretty obnoxious and in some saves you're basically required to touch them multiple times a run which completely throws off your starting position in an uncomfortable way. Pretty much objectively inferior to shoot saves or S saves. That's -1 point. Another far more subjective problem I had with this game was the gravity gimmick. I found the gravity stages just plain unfun and it felt like I was wrestling with the controls more than the actual challenges. Every other gimmick is 100% solid, so gravity failing so hard (in my eyes) is a shame and another -1 point. I also think that while TNT is great in theory (I have dropped many games due to a single unbalanced save), the execution is mangled by making your supply so limited that you end up just hoarding them, which defeats their purpose, and they're even disabled on the hardest levels, which can feel like a real slap to the face. You save them for the whole game, but then don't get to use them! However, the general quality of the level design and such still makes this game a solid 8/10. I recommend it to just about everyone.

Not a bad game, but Yuutu's boss was pretty obnoxious to be honest. The bosses in stage 2 were fun to fight and I could tell effort was put into them. Most of the game also had a cheap feel to it, but I'm not concerned about that.

Great and fun needle that stays fresh from beginning to end. I have some issues with difficulty balancing (the first save of the third screen and a few others felt like difficulty spikes with the rest of the save and even screen being significantly easier) but overall I had a good time with this game. I particularly liked the atmosphere, and although a b/w aesthetic is nothing new, it went well with the music and whatnot. I would also say this game has one of the best possible save systems for a needle game, I think. You shoot the saves to activate them, but you don't actually shoot bullets, so you have to be touching the save for it to activate after you shoot. This combines the precision of S-saves with the convenience of shoot-saves.
The final boss is an avoidance that's the same thing every time, which is something I strongly dislike, but will not remove points for because I'm self-aware that my distaste for them is highly personal.

It was ok. Didn't offer much interesting gameplay, but it wasn't bad.

My first fangame and my first time using Game Maker, ever. I kept the difficulty of this game low since I expected at least half of the players for this to be Distorted Travesty fans and not fangame players. As a result, the needle in this game and the platforming in general is fairly forgiving. Despite that, the bosses ended up being fairly difficult since I was basing them off absurdly powerful Distorted Travesty characters. I hope both fangamers and DT fans enjoy this game, though retrospectively I definitely mishandled the design of the first level.
