Mediafire has a system in place which automatically checks uploads for copyrighted content and deletes it if found, which in this case it likely detected the music you used in the game. You can either reupload the game to Mediafire as an encrypted archive with password protection (you can include the password in the title of the file) so that Mediafire cannot automatically scan it or just use a platform besides Mediafire. Mediafire has deleted the file and so cannot be downloaded. Try uploading it as a password protected 7z file or otherwise just upload to Mega/1filchier/FuckingFast/GDrive/Qiwi/GoFile/KrakenFiles/AkiraBox/ect. where it will be less likely to be taken down.
