A masterpiece of a boss fight.
Magician's Operation is an incredible pattern/puzzle avoidance containing a wide variety of creative, challenging, fair and fun attacks. Most of the segments are focused either on non-standard RNG reading that you have to figure out how to dodge yet which is never too demanding in regards to more traditional avoidance skill, or pattern attacks which have some RNG variation and feel fun and interesting both to learn and to execute. A lot of the attacks are also something that you'll never see in basically any other avoidance, and some of them are something I would even consider groundbreaking (like the slicing cherries attack, the attack where you have to find and shoot one of the cherries, as well as the incredibly iconic defense attack). The balancing is also quite good, and while some of the attacks can give some pretty hard RNG, it's never unfair or unreasonably hard and never detracts from the experience.
The production value is incredible, utilizing a few different, visually distinct sections that match the segments of the song. The attack patterns themselves look great by themselves, and the decoration only enhances it further with the effects, as well as the beautiful pictures of Luka. The song choice is also great, and everything is synced to the music quite well.
All in all, it's an incredible experience definitely worth checking out, especially if you like the pattern side of avoidance. While it can be pretty difficult, it's also quite approachable in that you don't really need any sort of difficult execution or reading skill so your experience will most likely be quite smooth. The attack design is also quite inspiring, and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more avoidances in the style of this.

An extremely fun pattern avoidance drawing inspiration from !!!ChaosTime!!!, although way easier and more approachable. Most of the patterns are quite fun both to learn blind and to execute, with a lot of creative, crazy and chaotic attacks being thrown in there (shout-outs to the swinging arena section, as well as the final section with the arena becoming a circle). The plentiful camera and visual effects are quite well-used here, it doesn't end up being annoying because the attacks that use it are patterns that you can just learn and execute rather than having to read them each time. One thing also worth mentioning is that this is also the kind of avoidance where you would really want to re-watch and analyze your attempts since the effects can make it a bit hard to see what's going on at first.
The pacing of the fight is also quite well-done, with it being very well-synced to a great choice of a track, and the attacks themselves always being fast and intense, requiring you to stay on the move. There are a couple of moments that I would consider a bit too precise compared to the rest(most notably, the 16px jump in the center at the swinging box part), but they don't detract from the overall enjoyment all that much. The visuals, while one could consider them a bit dated with the default cherry sprites and blocks, do their job well and make sense considering that this is very much inspired by !!!ChaosTime!!!.
Overall, I would very much recommend this both for anyone who enjoys pattern avoidance, as well as any barrage players looking to get into pattern fights. Personally, I would also place this as one of my favourite games in the Ruby tier of Avoidance FSR alongside Cyber Thunder Cider.

A fairly old avoidance made by Kamilia. It mostly consists of fast RNG attacks with a few fairly simple aimed/static patterns, all made to very good and intense song. The RNG attacks themselves are mostly fun, keeping you on your toes at pretty much all times, the little bit of patterns that are there are fairly dated design-wise, being either simple instagibs or aimed shots, but I didn't mind them. What brings the fight down a bit is that the balancing of the RNG is pretty questionable especially for a fight that uses a full hitbox with cherry sprites - a LOT of the attacks can give incredibly precise situations and sometimes even wall you, which can be a bit upsetting. The first couple of attacks after the intro, as well as the final part can be especially bad in that regard, often giving extremely difficult RNG. The visuals are also fairly dated - I feel like the background itself works well but the cherries just don't look all that good over it.
All in all, despite all of the shortcomings, I ended up enjoying the avoidance more than not. However, I don't know whether I would necessarily recommend this fight, especially compared to some of the modern fangames of this difficulty.

A screen of needle, followed by a barrage-style fight. The needle... just kind of exists, it's short and fairly easy though it has a couple of fun jumps. The choice of visuals could have been better, as the bright, sharp background makes the tiles and the spikes hard to see in some spots, and in general doesn't look all that good. I would suggest giving your backgrounds more contrast against the tiles (i.e. making them darker), as well as maybe applying some blur to make the sharp details of the background easier on the eyes.
The avoidance, being the bulk of the game, is a decent barrage fight consisting of mostly simple, straightforward RNG attacks with some slightly more interesting ones thrown in-between. All of the attacks are mostly fun with the exception of a couple which can be kind of awkward, that being the aimed circles and the diagonal purple shots. The attack where the spikes rise also felt pretty awkward to me, especially at first, with how they rise in pairs. The visuals are fairly simple and standard, and the song choice isn't anything outstandingly good but it works.
One thing that I feel like should be noted is that the attacks are barely synced to the music, with a lot of them even starting or ending off-beat. This is probably fine for a simple barrage, especially given that this is the creator's first avoidance game, but it still feels kind of awkward and it's something that could definitely be improved.
Overall, it's a pretty solid start for this maker. I'm definitely excited to see what they can come up with and create in the future.

A very solid collab-style avoidance consisting of a wide variety of different attacks, made by the various fangame creators from the Russian community. Most of the attacks are RNG-based and a lot of them are quite creative and fun. The highlights of the fight were Kenny, Danil, Algeran and fcuk_the_coda's parts for me.
Be prepared that the avoidance is also quite difficult(possibly the hardest in the Ruby tier of Avoidance FSR), and some of the attacks feel like they could have been balanced better and give some REALLY evil situations sometimes(though not straightup walls). I still found the avoidance quite enjoyable despite spending easily more than 50 hours to clear it. There is a "practice mode" which allows you to practice the parts you've already beaten which certainly helps, though it didn't really make all that much of a difference for me.
Overall, would definitely recommend if you're into barrage bosses and are up for an interesting challenge.
