The difficulty is solely based on the needle aspect from it. Puzzles are around 60-65

I'm not sure why I didn't like the game as much as other people did but meh.
Some stages were fun, some were meh. The needle with lives stage has a glitch (maybe it's on purpose but I don't think so, either way it's bad) that when you fall in the void you need to restart.
Overall I feel like the bad parts of the game were like really bad, but there were a good amount of good parts to counterweight.
Music is easily a 10, wonderful didn't use a single bad/not fitting song throughout the whole game.
Also in my opinion the needle tops at 60 difficulty and same for bosses (maybe even less), I'm unsure why this is a 70.

For: I Wanna Kill The Kamilia 2 Remake
game is 10 before final boss, that shit is rsi% simulator and it's bad
It's pretty much Kamilia 2, but better. No 2f required, a better balancing, skips patched and others, I highly recommend to anyone looking for a challenge independently of skill level. Even if you're a complete beginner I feel like you could enjoy stage 1 and boss 1 and maybe try the rest to push your skill a bit but boss 2 might be too hard.
Boss 3 is really fun, boss 4 is like, 2 min of nothing into 1:15 of fun, boss 5 is fun (but harder than some boss rush stuff imo).
Desti is just boring (but imo the easiest), nothing much to say.
Crimson is really fun
Nue is really fun
Gman is like bad cause it's pattern, but after you learn it it's fine and quite fun.
Big Kid is as easy as desti but it's way more fun than it
Big kid chase is like peak content, it used to be my hardest needle grind for a while and I genuinely enjoyed it.
M-stage has some really cool needle, nothing too hard (except maybe the one save with the drop into sphincter)
Final boss phase 1 is fun for the first hour or so then it gets bad
Final boss phase 2 has a good phase 2-4 but the first one is really bad and ruins the boss (and I legit wanted to give this game a 2 after playing it, which is the reason it took me over an year to write this)
I'm not going to describe needle but it's consistently fun imo, there are some weird rooms, or some that I don't like that much but overall it's fun.
Achievements are a really cool addition too, increased the replay value by quite a bit and had a lot of fun doing some of those.

Nerfs in the newest version made the game less stressful and more balanced.
Disliked 3 nerfs tho, those made the jumps quite uninteresting, and those would be the 2 last nerfs in the save before the final one, and removing the last spike in final save screen 1.
Great game nonetheless, would recommend.
I have recently beaten the game in higher difficulties and it boosted my rating from 8.7 to 9.5.
IMO this game gets even better by playing on hard/vhard.
