Fourth game of serie, which is pretty wierd and clear of it can be interpritated very differently.
This game is basically skill analyser, which means, that this game probably don't have real end, and you can make only new personal bests. Games goal is to die, when 'Q' don't work, but everytime to beat you need to die. Game has a lot of gimmicks, traps, invisible blocks, interesting death screen, after which you go forward and non-restarting music. Only thing is that game automatically gives you "The end!" (or something like that, written in chinese), which was used in previous games, so theoretically you win, and there is no need to finish everything, while I don't know is it even possible to complete all screens, just play how much you want, since there is no real time, and you will just restart new savefile, so you can tick "cleared" even after first 5 minutes, since game says you, that you theoretically cleared it, and you can just improve your deaths, but still, I will count that 100% clear is to complete every screen which is possible, but any% how far you can.
My personal best is 11 cleared floors and I will count it as cleared game in any%. Idea is very nice, but since game doesn't allow you freely complete everything without time limit, I wouldn't recommend.

Third game in this serie, which is very small (50 floor if I remember correctly) needle game, which is very special in plan, how can you complete it. This game introduces that in every screen you have variety of ways how can you complete floor, and always one will be one shorter, but harder way, where is chance to die, and way, which is very easy, where to die is almost impossible (let's say: skip of floor), but it is longer, so game test your patience and your skill too. If you die, then you get teleported to previous screen, since game doesn't have real saves, but in the same time it have non-restarting and very good music (even non-restarting guy rock). Game have very interesting gimmicks, tilesets and level designs, and even idea that you can skip floor, didn't make it bad, and I very liked it. Would recommend, espicially for beginners.

For: I wanna be the 8bit
Unfinished adventure game made by Sephalos, which introduce fangame made in 8bit style. Game have in last beta build 5 stages and 5 bosses.
First stage is small introduction stage, which introduce game and isn't too hard: neither boss and neither stage. Game already introduces, that it is adventure game based on traps and gimmicks, and there you will meet some traps and first gimmick, which is shooting blocks. Boss is very easy and I think it doesn't need to be reviewed since nothing too interesting you will see there. Ovrall stage isn't too annoying and won't take too long.
Second stage is where difficulty little bit rises up and will take you a lot longer, because you will have strange jump-refresher which gives super jump and turn you into strange thing for a 2-3 seconds. This gimmick was used in Cultured 2 too. This is stage, where you will see stage composite from other stages and that makes it even longer, but for second stage it doesn't make it too longer than first stage. But second boss is really wierd boss- geezer bot.exe... Uhm..What? That is avoidance and contains a lot other games in it. To be honest, I can't say that I enjoyed it, it was just wierd and probably took more than other bosses, so probably it is hardest boss, I don't know, because all bosses are felling like one difficulty and it is pretty hard to choose hardest one, but ok let's go to stage 3!
Stage 3 is composed from 3 (or 4, I don't remember) other mini-stages, but it is a lot harder than previous stages and here game just came annoying, starting from this stage, it has too repetitive gimmicks which goes too many times in a row and will come even more uninteresting and annoying. Gimmicks like strange robots, which goes from under to up, when you touch ground are too precise, but traps just make it even worse. Thank God, next boss is actually very fun and for me favourite one, but it is very easy too. Yes, this is one of rare games, where bosses are actually in times easier than platforming, but ok let's go forward.
Fourth stage began to be very interesting, however after seeing one screen of it in Cultured 1, I thought I will hate stage. This one had some little bit annoying moments too, but overall I liked stage 4-1, but everything forward was awful... Annoying gimmick with jump-refreshers and speed change was very suffering at some parts and totally boring, similarly was for stage 4-3, but somehow I managed to not suffer too much there, however it wasn't enjoyable for sure. Boss 4 was some fun. Like, I didn't really liked it a lot, but after annoying platforming it little bit relaxed me, but still boss was pretty mediocre and similarly like previous bosses pretty easy, so going to last stage was pretty fast.
Stage 5 similarly, like previous stage had 3 mini-stages in it. First mini-stage was little bit fun, because strange gimmicks with disappearing blocks little bit didn't felt enjoyable. Second ministage started very promising, I very liked conveyor belt gimmick and I can say, that for me felt that only these 2 screens are really good to put in medley games, but very soon I saw, that this stage is even more annoying than previous, so I hated it even more... And, however last ministage had only 4 screens, it still annoyed me a lot, and was frustrating to play, because it had very precise timings and disappearing blocks disappear very fats, so in some parts it is very hard to not die or to make mistake. Last boss was ok, but I didn't really like it, it felt even more boring than previous ones. Difficulty is pretty much same. And after you clear this boss, you got to "Thank you for playing!" screen.
Conclusion for me is very easy: I very disliked this game. Yes, game has secrets, non-restarting music, high productio value and big count of usual and unusual gimmicks, but still secrets I didn't wanted to find, but music sometimes was just too annoying and fact that it doesn't restart didn't really helped a lot, but gimmicks are sometimes just too wierd or confusing. Sadly creator couldn't really make a lot of fun parts in platforming, because he just wanted always to make something too wierd and too complicated, however it wasn't the good idea and wasn't reasonable. Yes, game has ok bosses, but that wasn't enough to make it as good game as I wanted. I even thing, that this is so specific game, that it just doesn't fit as game, which could be in medley game. Maybe only first 2 screens of stage 4-2, but thats all... I am pretty disappointed abou the game, because for me it was just a mindblowing game, which in the most parts was just annoying, and even high production value, didn't make it fun for me, I still was annoyed from music, platforming or other things. Maybe if you are fun of old retro games, maybe then you will like this game, but still I think this game just don't really is worth of your time, are you beginner or veteran, just skip it. And personally I didn't get why everyone liked this game so much too. So probably highly wouldn't recommend.
For: I Wanna Uhuhu Spike 2
Game has better visuals, more fitting and interesting music and a lot of new unique jumps. Only difference from first one, is that this game like to use not too hard, but easy to fail jumps at the end of the saves (for example sideways gate) and combine unique jumps with more standart ones (like diamonds, diagonals, 16pixels and etc.), and can get pretty hard if you aren't too good at sideways gates or diamonds. Game has more precise jumps and some of them requires small jumps, so if your keyboard can't make stable 2 frame jump it can get little bit harder, but still you can probably complete game if your keyboard can make 3 frames (I don't remember have I used 2 frame jumps, but if I remember correctly, I didn't), but it will require harder strats and for some saves it may annoy you. Difficulty is pretty floating: some saves you can do first try, then on some you will stay for a longer time, and then again you will be to easier saves, and last save is just strange, where you need to get through very precise jump and then everything else can be easily first tried, but others save can be very easy, but very last jump can be painful and harder than everything else. But overall this game is little bit easier than first game and is a lot more enjoyable, so I definitely recommend to play this game and even more I recommend to play this game before playing first uhuhu spike!
