One of the better adventure games out there. Serial Experiments Kid is a very interesting adventure full of fun bosses, interestingly designed gimmicks and some laugh-out-loud traps. The game features some sort of story in Japanese, and whilst it's hard to follow along with it without knowing the language, it's still a pretty comfy ride. There are also some puzzly segments which had me scratching my head, but left me satisfied when the solution became clear. Like Chrono said, I was left thinking "aw, that's the end?" by the time it came. Definitely a classic for the adventure genre.

What a game this was. Easily one of the most unique fangames I've had the pleasure of playing. In a world filled with cat heads, you'll meet the cat police force in charge of protecting the many riches of the land, the happy cat family with a overly attached housewife and a cat-spider hybrid wielding a variety of household utensils. Some of the bosses gave me quite a bit of trouble in figuring out, and whilst it caused me a bit of frustration, I can't help but smile at the originality put into some of the design choices in the game.
A very charming and fun adventure filled with personality and excitement. I'd strongly recommend giving it a try.

For: I wanna be the Neon
One of Nader's first games in his well known Neon series, Neon has a bunch of interesting and fun jumps with its aesthetically pleasing style and smooth save-flow. I played this after playing all of his other games, and I thought it was interesting to see how his style has improved and developed over the years. My favourite parts of the game were the dotkid sections, which felt fun to play, and very few jumps caused me any bother apart from a couple of moving-platform related saves.
A solid needle game, and the foundation for what became Nader's signature needle style in future. Would recommend.

A visually appealing and enjoyable avoidance, with a mixture of attacks and cute themes (such as the cherry choo-choo truck). My only complaint is that some attacks you're pretty much guaranteed to die to at least once to learn how it works, and whilst that's not really a problem for everyone, it wasn't my cup of tea. Still, I had fun learning it and progressing through, and it never reached the point where it got frustrating for me either.
Would recommended if you're looking for a fairly reasonable avoidance to spend some time on, and perhaps as a beginner looking for new avoidances to get into the genre.

This game surprised me. A lot of the traps can seem pretty simple but are also very creative and often funny, playing with my expectations in amusing ways. If you're not a fan of trap games then it might be easy to be put off, but play with an open mind and you may be pleasantly surprised. There's a lot of charm in the traps, and I found myself sad to see it end by the time I'd beaten it.
Not a long game, and overall I had a bunch of fun with it. Would recommend!
