A really neat trap/adventure game with a ton of variety. I wouldn't say every concept was amazing but overall the game was really fun.
Production is super clean, with nice polished visuals that you'd expect from a Hanamogeta game.
The traps and platforming is all pretty creative but it pulls no punches, as he will get you when you least expect it and let you go when you think there's no way it'll be that easy. The boss fights are kind of a weaker point to the whole thing but they're certainly creative, if nothing else.
Definitely recommended if you're looking for a trap/adventure game and don't mind a lot of weirdness and a little frustration along the way.

This is an... action-adventure-ish game with some needle. I'm going to start this off with saying I'm marginally biased because I like IWDs stuff because they're very quirky and creative and I really enjoy the interesting touches though it may bother some. The weaknesses, while present, are typically minor but may be more substantial to others.
This game is focused around a core gimmick - shooting arrows. Rather than firing a gun, you've got a bow to kill enemies or to stick arrows into walls in order to reach other previously inaccessible areas. You gain unlocks, build up stats and new abilities all related to this.
Production-wise, its solid but nothing too flashy. Visibility is never a problem and the tilesets change up frequently enough and the music fits between the bosses and the stages. There is an unfortunate surface error that can crash the game in a particular stage, but it only happens on restarts so you don't risk losing progress since you just died anyway. The translation is not the best but it is understandable and the control scheme is a little confusing at times, but these are minor issues.
The core concept is fun and well executed, and the design changes up a lot keeping it interesting. There are, however, some very long platforming/needle screens involving the bow that are spread into the mix that are substantially harder than the rest of the game, so while much of the game is quite accessible to newer players, this unfortunately keeps it a bit out of reach. Still, if you don't mind a bit of needle its a great experience.
There's two endings to be gotten, one which requires secrets but the game doesn't leave you hanging, so if you're concerned about that you needn't be.
Overall I recommend this to anyone who can handle some needle, looking for something outside of the typical fangame mold and likes a bit of quirkiness. Its not for everyone, but its creative and fun.

An older adventure style game that really still holds up. Possibly the best example of simple but good around. Tilesets are simple and static, bosses are almost all fruit and most assets are straight out of the engine.
However, it implements a number of interesting gimmicks, giving each stage an identity and despite being incredibly simplistic, the bosses all play very different from one another. You're not going to be visually wowed and the restarting music is kind of a drag, but the gameplay here is mostly solid. The backtracking/repeating does get a bit tedious at times, but it levels out as the game goes on nicely. Another concern is that the difficult labeling is somewhat misleading compared to other fangames and just in general and its probably recommended to do easy/normal for a first playthrough. I ended up selecting normal/normal and while its certainly not a huge problem, the save removal approach to difficulty ends up being questionable as usual and some segments were kind of a mess.
Overall if you like adventure games and don't care about eye candy, its absolutely worth playing. There's a lot of inspiration to be had here for makers as the variety is superb but it feels like a little more could be done with many parts of it. Absolutely recommended for anyone who likes a mellow adventure game.

A notorious romp through RNGville, it has a good balance of creativity to counter its outright stupidity that makes it fairly fun and entertaining whilst still being objectively bad. Expect spikes that fly at you fast and in usual ways.
This is a classic of the intentionally bad style for a reason, as it stands out in a few ways. Even with the RNG reliance, it is not an easy game and should not be attempted by newer players under any circumstances and it will just seem frustrating and stupid (especially the third screen which even ignoring RNG factors requires some solid confidence with a long save of needle), but if you're a bit more experienced and looking for a timesink where things make no sense, feel free to take a look.

A pretty challenging needle game built around the standard air-time engine gimmicks of vines, platforms and water.
Choc full of creative jumps, this is a pretty interesting needle game to go through. This generally just feels like very creative jtool needle though. Nothing present in the game is anything you'd see outside of jtool, and a ton of jumps felt like they had very specific ways of being done that aren't necessarily that obvious but would be found quickly with a little trial and error easily executed in jtool but not necessarily in game. Also, while this isn't a bad thing, every screen/stage is pretty much the same in terms of design and difficulty, making it feel like there's no distinction and its just a collection of individual screens.
Overall its quite fun, tons of high airtime moves and interesting combos but somewhat brought down by what feels like an unnecessary adherence to grid in some cases, making certain jumps really tedious to perform which unfortunately brought it down a bit. It felt like sometimes this was justified by making it the first jump in a save, but generally felt like meatgrinders rather than anything else. Still, recommended if you like tougher standard engine gimmick needle as I enjoyed this outside of a small number of segments despite it feeling a bit above my skill level.
